Spatial color co-occurrence graphs are inspired by Art Palette, a tool for searching art collections for artworks that match a certain color combination. Our use case, however, is different. We are interested in colors that often occur in close proximity to each other.
Note that k colors in the table means that the quantization algorithm was instructed to reduce the image to at most k colors. With additional filtering, the final graph usually has much fewer vertices.
